Fairlight House 1

Renovation works involved a second storey addition with a parents retreat upstairs, complete with walk in robe and study nook and downstairs the internal fit-out was updated and redesigned to provide for a new lounge room at front with french doors leading out to front courtyard, a new bedroom, new bathroom and new living / lounge room area.  New timber flooring was featured throughout the renovated areas.
