Fairlight House 2

Stage 1 renovation of the house involved re-designing the original open plan layout of the lounge room / living space to become 2 separate spaces/rooms: a new lounge / living room complete with french doors leading out to new balcony off living area and a new separate guest bedroom.  In addition to this space 2 other bedrooms were renovated and a new bathroom.  New parquetry flooring featured throughout the renovated space.  High end detailed custom joinery features throughout renovation in guest bedroom, bedroom 2 and living / lounge room. All cornices and ceiling roses and hallway detail was renovated in keeping with the original heritage style.
