Palm Beach House

This project involved structural internal work.  Installing a steel beam to make kitchen, living and dining areas open plan taking advantage of the expansive ocean views.  Works involved the installation of a new kitchen, new timber flooring, new floor coverings, new lighting and electrical and painting throughout.  On the lower level of the property a new glass atrium created a new bedroom downstairs with glass doors.  New joinery and pool bar area.
